The following Terms and Conditions apply to the operation of Pukeko OSCAR before and after school care programme and holiday programme.

Although proper care will be exercised at all times, Pukeko OSCAR cannot accept responsibility for misadventure.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to book their child/ren into the programme. All children must be collected and signed out by a parent or guardian over the age of 15. We are open until 6pm daily. Children must be collected by this time. A late pick up fee $1 for every 1 minutes will be applied to each child that are in our care after 6pm. All confirmed bookings are final, no cancellations, refunds or changes can be made.
All Invoices not paid within 14 days will incur a 10% late payment penalty and will be charged 10% every week thereafter until the invoice is paid.
When a child has not been collected by 6.00pm and staff have not been notified they will proceed to contact people on the enrolment for someone to collect the child. At no time will a child be abandoned; however, the programme staff are authorised to take all necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of the child. Should no one can be contacted, we have no other choice but to contact the police.
Damages caused to Pakuranga Heights School or Pukeko OSCAR property shall become the responsibility of the parent/guardians.
If a child attending the programme becomes unwell or upset we will contact the authorised people listed on the Enrolment for them to pick up the child as soon as possible. Please keep children who are unwell at home until recovered, as we do not have the facility to look after sick children. At all times, there is a fully stocked first-aid kit and first aid certificates of staff are current. In Terms 2 & 3 due to late afternoon weather children need to wear jumpers/long sleeve and shoes when going outside please advise if there are any issues.
If we are concerned about a child we may call a parent to collect the child. If a serious accident occurs our policy is to ensure the safety and well-being of the child, call the child's parents and if necessary call an ambulance.
All accidents and incidents are recorded in our Accident and Incident book. Children who are taking medication are also recorded. Please advise the programme, along with filling out the medication record of any medication that is to be administered by the programme staff.
Please give 1 weeks notice for long absences.
It is Pukeko OSCAR intention to deliver the best service and customer satisfaction. Please notify us if there is something that you would like to discuss or bring to our attention. This can be done verbally or in written form.
Pukeko OSCAR is a private business that hires the hall, please come straight to management with any concerns and not to the school office.
Please advise if you do not want your child/ren's photo taken and added to our social media page; facebook Pukeko OSCAR page, or for administration purposes.
WINZ Subsidy applications do not qualify for any discounts.
If children are booked in full time morning and afternoon for the week a 10% discount will be given
Sibling discount is 10% for second + child
